CMM is a faith-based, Catholic internal medicine clinic dedicated to serving the uninsured of North Alabama. We welcome all uninsured individuals, regardless of their faith or background. We understand that lacking medical insurance can create significant barriers to receiving quality healthcare.

Our mission is to change that. At CMM, we believe that everyone deserves access to specialists when needed, at a price they can afford. We’ve partnered with Huntsville Hospital specialists and many local private specialists in Huntsville and Decatur to negotiate reduced rates for office visits.
We are the only clinic in North Alabama that offers this unique combination of access and affordability for specialized care.

How to reach out

How does it work?

Step 1: Schedule an Appointment

To begin, simply schedule an appointment to become a patient at CMM. This initial visit allows our medical provider to assess your needs and create a personalized plan of action.

Step 2: Diagnostic Testing (as needed)

During your first visit, we may order lab tests through Huntsville Hospital or schedule any necessary radiology studies. These tests help us understand your health needs better.

Step 3: Follow-up Visit

We’ll schedule a follow-up visit to discuss your test results, medication effectiveness (if applicable), and any necessary adjustments.

Step 4: Referral to Specialists (if needed)

If you require specialized care, we will usually generate a referral during this second visit.

Our On-Site Specialty Clinics

For your convenience, we offer monthly specialty clinics in endocrinology, gastroenterology, urology, and rheumatology. If you need care in one of these areas, we can refer you directly to our on-site specialists.
