4 oz. urine sample cups with lids. They come in bags of 25 and up to 100. We use these daily, any quantity is appreciated!
Blood Pressure Monitors
We lend them out to patients to screen them for hypertension. Any brand is fine.

We give these to newly diagnosed patients that cannot afford them.
Test Strips
These test strips come in quantities of 25, 50, or 100. Any quantity is appreciated!
Lancets
These lancets usually come in quantities of 100 (like the box indicates).
Dipstick urine tests (we use these daily). We need them to include glucose in the test. They come in bottles and the bottle will show what they check for. Examples below:
